Orion was founded by CRM industry pioneer Yacov Wrocherinsky, who after 30 years of ensuring success for hundreds of customers on various CRM platforms, set about forming the best team of consultants and solutions architects in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Orion team members have over 150 Salesforce certifications and completed over 1300 successful Salesforce implementations. We are passionate about leveraging Salesforce to make an astronomical impact on the way businesses grow. Yacov Wrocherinsky

Founder and CEO

An experienced and knowledgeable technology entrepreneur with a strong passion for people, culture and helping companies grow, Yacov develops a special trusted advisor relationship with customers.

Prior to Orion, Yacov founded Infinity Info Systems in 1987, a leader in ACT!, Sage Saleslogix CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and business intelligence software. Under his leadership, Infinity completed 3,500 successful CRM implementations - including transitions to Salesforce - over 30 global projects and trained 130,000 people before being sold in 2013. Over the past 25 years, Ellen has advised, and assisted, hundreds of clients on business management and digital transformation. She conducts and documents in-depth requirements gathering interviews and needs analyses to uncover business insights that result in improved streamlined processes and increased productivity; both manual and technological. 

As an industry expert in ERP and CRM systems, Ellen's digital transformation advisory work directly relates to sales, marketing, customer experience, and financial management. In addition to assisting clients, Ellen is also a nationally known writer and speaker.

Ellen is a Certified Business Process Management Specialist, Six Sigma White Belt, and an Integrated Reporting Practitioner. 


Peter B.

Peter started his career holding various positions in financial operations and financial planning & analysis. These experiences helped him understand the inner workings of the organization and more importantly the systems and processes being used. He spent several years supporting Information Technology and Operations teams, helping “tell” a financial story to non-financial professionals.      ​

He has led several admin and development teams responsible for managing and expanding operations for all internal support systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and Adaptive Planning. This involved the direct management of all aspects of these systems including day-to-day support, strategy, P&L, plans, processes, tools, technologies, resources, reporting, and related continuous improvement.

Vicki serves as Orion’s Manager, People & Culture and has over 15 years of administrative experience in Office Management and Human Resources.  She assists in the development and implementation of Orion’s policies and procedures; manages and oversees the administration of HR policies within the company. She excels in the areas of employee relations, HR administration, assessments, on-boarding, and staff management. Prior to joining Orion, Vicki worked as a HR Business Partner for a staffing firm in NYC.

Operations

Edit joined Orion in March 2019 as a Finance and Operations Manager.

In her current role she is responsible for all the finance and administration of the company, both on the AR & AP side as well as the daily operations of the business. She is directly responsible for ensuring that the day to day processes/operations run efficiently and without error.

Edit brings more than 15 years of experience in finance and operations and prior to joining Orion she has worked in property management, high-end design manufacturing and construction.

Connor entered the Salesforce ecosystem focusing on business development. Inspired by the value Salesforce brings to both the employee and customer experience, he has committed to helping clients see full ROI out of the platform ever since. Connor has Salesforce certifications in both Admin and Sales Cloud and holds his Bachelors of Science in Communication.
