We're Hiring! Engagement Manager/Project Manager

The exciting growth we experienced in 2021 is driving the need to expand our team! We’re looking for an experienced engagement manager/project manager to continue our outstanding customer care.

Engagement Manager/ Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Owns project management deliverables, plans, presentations, communications, risks-mitigations, and overall execution

  • Responsible for timely and accurate implementation of the overall solution​

  • Creates capacity plan; manages the execution of the plans with Customer​

  • Manages project resources (functional and technical) to successful completion of assigned tasks (users stories, bug resolution, etc.), including quality, completeness, timeliness​

  • Conducts internal and Customer meetings​ and participates in functional and technical meetings to facilitate discussions and help drive outcomes​

  • Provides project oversight and side-by-side collaboration with Orion Solutions’ and the Customer team members​

  • Identify gaps, risks, issues in the projects and escalate to Orion leadership and Customer where needed

  • Leads Project risk management effort and Project change controls​

  • Assist with implementation deliverables and responsible for the quality of the deliverables​

  • Lead additional sales within the account (change orders, managed services, engage in future phases)​

  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps, and applications available from 3rd parties on the Salesforce AppExchange

Requirements:

  • 5+ years as a Project Manager, 3+ years managing Salesforce projects

  • Thorough understanding of the various SDLC methodologies, including AGILE

  • Exceptional client handling skills – able to work with all levels within the client portfolio

  • Experience working within an established PMO process

  • Experience managing 3rd party implementation vendors

  • Working knowledge of systems integrations and dependencies

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Salesforce Certifications *preferred* and should be open to getting certified

  • Consulting experience with a Salesforce partner is a must

  • Eligible to work in the United States
